Dowty Seal

Dowty seals, or bonded seals, are washer-shaped components used to create secure connections around hydraulic adapters in high-pressure systems, typically handling up to 2000 PSI. They consist of a metal outer ring, often steel, providing structural support and limiting compression. Bonded to the inner diameter of this ring is a molded inner ring made of synthetic rubber or other elastomers, ensuring a reliable seal. To accommodate diverse operating environments, Dowty seals are available in materials compatible with various temperature ranges and resistant to diverse fluids and chemicals.
