Rotavator Seals

Rotavator oil seals are essential components that prevent lubricant leakage (typically oil or grease) and protect the internal mechanisms of rotating parts, such as the rotor shaft, bearings, and gearbox, from external contaminants.

Typically, these are rotary lip seals designed to accommodate shaft rotation while maintaining a tight seal. The flexible lip contacts the rotating shaft, creating a dynamic seal. To further protect lubrication and extend seal lifespan, some rotavator oil seals incorporate a secondary dust lip, preventing contamination by dust, dirt, and other contaminants. Additionally, a metal case is included to provide structural rigidity and prevent deformation under pressure or load.
